Awesome Staff
My 12 year old daughter had to have root canal by a specialist so we were referred to Eastland Dental in Independence. On arrival the front staff was welcoming and friendly. The nurse was so nice, thoughtful and helpful. And Dr Moore was awesome he took the time to explain to her why the horror stories she my daughter had been told about root canals were more than likely because they had infection or inflammation. He showed her on her X-rays that she had nothing to worry about. He took his time with her made sure she was numbed good before starting and asked several times throughout if she needed more numbing or a break. Then to checkout the ladies were also amazing, so nice , helpful and made us laugh. I would give this place as many stars possible. Absolutely no complaints. It is not often that the staff from front to back is amazing. You usually have bad experience with someone. But they were all Awesome!!
Amazing Customer Service
I honestly can not say enough about how great this place is! I’ve been going here for several years. The staff is absolutely amazing, super helpful and always honest. My husband and I always go together, but since we’ve had our son we have to stagger our appointments so one of us can watch our son if we don’t have a sitter. Today, they were able to take us both back about the same time. Luckily, they weren’t busy so a couple ladies offered to watch our son while we got our cleanings. Super thanks to you ladies! We greatly appreciate it!
